Ōazin

Ōazin’s groovy, high-energy brass band, led by Jeanne Michard, a saxophonist, composer, and winner of the “Revelation” category at the 2023 Victoires du Jazz, is driven by a desire to share the group’s experience, collective energy, and strength. Blending funk grooves, second line rhythms, and hip-hop beats, Ōazin, whose members may remind some of the 2025 youth production “L’envol cuivré des oiseaux”, embodies the joyful, unifying trance of the brass band.
