Enjoy a musical lunch with the “Jazz Devils” big band at Cybèle!

The “Jazz Devils” big band is a prominent jazz ensemble from eastern Lyon. Under the direction of Florian Gougne, the Jazz Devils will take you on a journey through over a century of music, from the great standards of swing and bebop to original arrangements and compositions inspired by contemporary music. The arrangers aren’t afraid to break the rules of the big band to explore every facet of jazz, even going so far as to feature three baritone saxophones. Driven by the sensitivity of each musician, the trumpet, trombone, and saxophone sections will carry you through warm, sometimes brassy, sometimes dazzling sounds, accompanied by a rhythm section that blends swing with funk and Latin influences, all enhanced by the voice of their singer.
