Finaliste Rezzo 2026
Moustik Haterz

Moustik Haterz is an instrumental collective led by two saxophones, a powerful rhythm section, and keyboards, creating rhythmic, danceable, and evocative music. The group crafts lively, organic music designed as much for the body as for the ears, where groove and collective interaction take center stage. At the crossroads of the solar, unifying energy of Ezra Collective, the expressive breath and freedom of a Kenny Garrett, and the modal, danceable, and evocative grooves reminiscent of Altın Gün, Moustik Haterz asserts a unique identity that is accessible without being bland. The tracks alternate between trance-like passages, freer moments, and contemplative sections, leaving ample room for improvisation and dialogue among the musicians. The compositions function as wordless narratives, evoking journeys, landscapes, and scenes from life. This narrative dimension gives the project a strong immersive quality, both on record and on stage. On stage, Moustik Haterz delivers a generous and unifying live performance, driven by the band’s camaraderie, humor, and infectious energy. Winner of the Young Jury Prize and the Accompaniment Prize at the La Défense Jazz Festival, the group is currently preparing its debut album.
