Cybèle Production, organiser of the Jazz à Vienne festival, regularly holds calls for tenders to select its service providers. The working conditions are specific to the festival and its constraints. To facilitate access to these calls for tenders, Cybèle Production is organising a preliminary information session. The aim is to enable service providers to gain a better understanding of the conditions for carrying out the work and the scope of the services required, thereby enabling them to respond more effectively to the forthcoming consultation. This is why Cybèle Production is organising an information session on the 2027 contracts and invites interested companies to attend the 2026 festival to gain a better understanding of the constraints and discuss the organisation.

From autumn 2026 and throughout 2027, Cybèle Production plans to re-launch the following contracts (provisional, non-exhaustive list):
– Bungalow/module hire
– Video recording
– Ticketing and cash collection
– Video screen hire
– Contingency Plan
– Security and safety services
– Sound and lighting hire and services – Jazz à Vienne Festival

Companies interested in these consultations are invited to visit the various festival venues between 25 June and 11 July 2026, which will be set up in festival mode. For each consultation, a summary sheet lists the contact person for site visits and outlines the main features of the contract in its current form. It is available on request by emailing marches@vienne-condrieu-agglomeration.fr. This information is intended to provide details to help assess the scope of the contract. It does not constitute the future tender specifications. Site visits will be conducted in accordance with the principles of the Public Procurement Code (freedom of access, equal treatment of companies, transparency of the process, etc.).
