University of Montana Large Ensemble

This University of Montana Jazz Ensemble I is made up of musicians with experience and a deep interest in jazz. This group performs professional and challenging literature with an emphasis on newer, more contemporary music as well as jazz classics and compositions/arrangements by musicians in the ensemble. This group performs at conventions, festivals and concert halls throughout the United States and Canada and works with some of the top musicians in the industry including Allison Miller, Phil Woods, Shane Endsley, Bill Watrous and Eddie Daniels to name just a few.
