Do I have to pay for the Cashless Pass?

The Cashless Pass costs 0.99€ including VAT. This is the banking activation cost required for the Cashless Pass to work.

What are the advantages of the Cashless Pass?

The Cashless Pass enables you to make purchases at all the festival’s retail points without having to top up at the Cashless Banks on-site. It saves you precious time so you can make the most of your Jazz à Vienne experience.

Do I have to create a Cashless Pass before the festival or can it be done during the festival?

You can create your Cashless Pass during Jazz à Vienne in the Roman Theatre’s stands or in front of the Cybèle venues. To do so, use the festival’s mobile app or visit www.jazzavienne.com/en/useful-information/cashless/cashless-pass and follow the instructions to create a Cashless Pass. This procedure isn’t compulsory but it does save time once you’re at the festival. The Pass is linked to your bank card so you must ensure your card isn’t due to expire during the festival.

Is the Cashless Pass actually secure?

Every time you use your Cashless Pass to pay you will be asked to enter a 4-digit pin number. Make sure you can remember your PIN number.

I’ve lost my secret 4-digit pin number for my Cashless Pass?

No problem! On completion of your Cashless Pass purchase, a confirmation email will be sent to your chosen email address containing the pin number entered to make your purchase. You will also receive another email a few days before the event to confirm your Cashless Pass has been activated and a reminder of your pin number. So you will be able to find the 4-digit code in your email history.

If the balance on the Cashless Card isn’t enough to pay for the entire purchase then the remainder can be paid using another Cashless Card or another Cashless Pass.

Can I edit an invoice with my payments?

You can create an account on the mobile app or www.jazzavienne.com/en/useful-information/cashless/cashless-pass to view a summary of the payments made with the Cashless Card or Cashless Pass. It also enables you to edit an invoice of payments.
